The Fourth Wish Class Ship
The Disney Believe will be the fourth ship in Disney Cruise Line’s Wish Class, joining:
- Disney Wish
- Disney Treasure
- Disney Destiny
- Disney Believe
Like her sister ships, the Disney Believe will feature the distinctive Wish Class approach of giving the ship its own story and identity through its architecture, entertainment and themed spaces.
The Disney Believe will also be part of Disney Cruise Line’s enormous fleet expansion. Disney has announced plans that will eventually bring the fleet to 13 ships by late 2030.
The Grand Hall: A Journey Begins With Moana
The heart of the Disney Believe will be its Grand Hall, the ship’s central gathering space.
Inspired by Moana, the Grand Hall will celebrate the meeting point between the sky and sea and the spirit of exploration.
A statue of Moana, accompanied by Pua and Heihei, will welcome guests.
The design will incorporate influences from the Pacific Islands and the ocean, including an ocean-hued carpet with bioluminescent colors and a dramatic chandelier inspired by the fluid movement of the sea.
At the center of the design is a special nod to the Heart of Te Fiti.
The Grand Hall is also part of a Wish Class tradition in which each ship’s central gathering space tells a different Disney story.

Disney Encanto Is Coming to the Stage
One of the biggest announcements for the Disney Believe is the debut of “Disney Encanto” at the Walt Disney Theatre.
For the first time, the Academy Award-winning Disney Animation film will be adapted specifically for the Disney Cruise Line stage.
The production will follow Mirabel as she fights to save her family and their magical home.
The show will incorporate Colombian cultural influences through its costumes, scenic design and traditional dance styles, along with familiar songs from the movie, including music written by Disney Legend Lin-Manuel Miranda.
For Encanto fans, this could become one of the ship’s signature experiences.

Tangled: The Musical Returns
Also coming to the Walt Disney Theatre is “Tangled: The Musical.”
The production previously appeared aboard the Disney Magic, but the Disney Believe version will feature a reimagined set design and special effects created specifically for the new ship.
The theatrical lineup will also include “Disney Seas the Adventure,” the original Wish Class production featuring Disney and Pixar characters and beloved songs.
Welcome to Gazelle: A New Zootopia Entertainment Hub
Another completely new space aboard the Disney Believe will be Gazelle, an entertainment hub inspired by the bustling metropolis from Disney Animation’s Zootopia.
During the day, families will be able to enjoy:

That theme appears throughout the ship’s stories, design and entertainment.
Moana represents believing in the power of nature.
Mirabel represents believing in magic and the extraordinary power within ourselves.
The Frozen stories emphasize the importance of believing in family.
At the bow, Tinker Bell represents faith, trust and pixie dust.
At the stern, larger-than-life Buzz Lightyear and Woody celebrate the childlike sense of wonder and possibility that Disney hopes guests will carry with them.
Disney Cruise Line has described the ship as a celebration of the dreamer within all of us.
