Disney Cruise Line is looking ahead to an exciting new season of family adventures with the release of its Fall 2027 and Spring 2028 cruise itineraries. The new schedule brings the Disney fleet back to popular ports, introduces new destinations, and gives families even more opportunities to experience Disney Cruise Line from the United States and beyond.
Among the highlights are the return of Disney Cruise Line to New York City, expanded sailings from San Juan, Puerto Rico, new Panama Canal itineraries featuring maiden calls in Panama, and cruises to destinations throughout the Caribbean, Mexico, Canada and Southeast Asia.
The new itineraries will be available for select Castaway Club members beginning August 31, 2026, with bookings opening to the general public on September 8, 2026.
Disney Cruise Line Returns to New York City

One of the biggest highlights of the new schedule is the return of the Disney Wish to New York City for the first time since 2023.
After completing its inaugural European season, the Disney Wish will arrive in New York in late September 2027 for seven special voyages ranging from four to seven nights. The itineraries will combine the excitement of departing from one of the world’s most iconic cities with visits to destinations throughout Bermuda, New England and Canada.
Five of the Disney Wish sailings will visit Bermuda, known for its famous pink-sand beaches. Three of those cruises will feature an extended stay, giving families an additional day to explore the island.
The Disney Wish will also return to New England and Canada’s Atlantic coast, marking Disney Cruise Line’s first return to the region in nearly four years. Fall sailings will include stops in Boston, Massachusetts; St. John, New Brunswick; and Halifax, Nova Scotia, offering guests the opportunity to experience the spectacular autumn scenery of the region.

More Disney Cruises from San Juan
San Juan, Puerto Rico, will also play a larger role in Disney Cruise Line’s Fall 2027 and Spring 2028 schedules.
The Disney Wish will sail from New York to San Juan on a five-night cruise with a stop in Bermuda before beginning a seven-night Southern Caribbean sailing from San Juan. That itinerary will visit Aruba, St. Maarten, Bonaire and Dominica before the ship heads to Port Canaveral on a four-night repositioning cruise.
The Disney Fantasy will also offer additional opportunities to cruise from San Juan. In December 2027, the ship will sail a seven-night Southern Caribbean itinerary followed by a five-night Eastern Caribbean cruise ending in Fort Lauderdale.
The ship will return to San Juan in late April and May 2028 for two additional seven-night Southern Caribbean cruises featuring destinations including Curaçao, Bonaire, Barbados and Antigua.
New Panama Canal Adventures
Disney Cruise Line is also adding new destinations to its Panama Canal itineraries aboard the Disney Magic.
In November 2027, the Disney Magic will sail from San Diego to Galveston on a 14-night Eastbound Panama Canal cruise. The itinerary will feature a maiden call at Fuerte Amador, Panama City, giving guests a new opportunity to explore Panama.
In March 2028, the Disney Magic will make the return journey, sailing from Galveston to San Diego on a 14-night Westbound Panama Canal cruise. This sailing will feature a maiden call at Colón, Panama, located on the Caribbean side of the Panama Canal.
These longer repositioning cruises offer guests more than just a way to get from one homeport to another. They combine multiple destinations with additional days at sea to enjoy Disney entertainment, dining and onboard activities.
Three Wish Class Ships in Port Canaveral
Families vacationing at Walt Disney World Resort will have even more opportunities to add a Disney cruise to their Florida vacation beginning in November 2027.
For the first time, the Disney Destiny will make Port Canaveral its homeport. The ship will offer three- to seven-night cruises to the Bahamas and Western Caribbean.
Before relocating to Port Canaveral, the Disney Destiny will begin the Fall 2027 season from Fort Lauderdale with three- to five-night cruises to the Bahamas and Western Caribbean. Guests aboard the ship can experience its heroes-and-villains theme throughout the ship’s dining, entertainment and activities.
The Disney Wish will also move to Port Canaveral following its New York City and San Juan itineraries. From Florida, the ship will offer three- and four-night Bahamian cruises featuring visits to Disney Castaway Cay and Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point.
Meanwhile, the Disney Treasure will continue sailing seven-night Eastern and Western Caribbean itineraries from Port Canaveral. Featured ports will include Tortola in the British Virgin Islands and Falmouth, Jamaica.
The Disney Treasure will also offer an eight-night Eastern Caribbean cruise and a six-night Bahamian sailing featuring two visits to Disney Castaway Cay.

More Caribbean and Bahamian Cruises from Florida
The Disney Dream will continue offering short Bahamian getaways from Port Canaveral, with three- and four-night cruises before moving to Fort Lauderdale in November 2027.
From Fort Lauderdale, the Disney Dream will offer three- to five-night Bahamian itineraries, along with a special six-night sailing featuring two stops at Disney Castaway Cay.
The Disney Fantasy will begin the Fall 2027 season from Port Canaveral with four- and five-night cruises to the Bahamas and Western Caribbean before repositioning to San Juan and eventually Fort Lauderdale.
From Fort Lauderdale, the Disney Fantasy will offer four- to seven-night cruises to the Bahamas and Eastern Caribbean. One special eight-night itinerary will visit Bermuda as well as both Disney Castaway Cay and Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point.
Halloween and Christmas Return to Disney Cruise Line
Disney Cruise Line’s popular seasonal celebrations will also return during the Fall 2027 season.
Halloween on the High Seas cruises will begin in September 2027, bringing spooky fun to select sailings. Families can expect Disney characters dressed in Halloween costumes, special entertainment, themed deck parties and trick-or-treating aboard the ship.
Later in the year, Very Merrytime Cruises will return in November and December. Guests will find the ships decorated for the holidays, along with seasonal entertainment, special treats, deck parties, tree-lighting celebrations and appearances by Santa Claus.
Disney Cruise Line Continues Sailing from California
The West Coast will also see plenty of Disney Cruise Line activity throughout Fall 2027 and Spring 2028.
Both the Disney Magic and Disney Wonder will begin the Fall 2027 season from San Diego, offering three- to seven-night cruises to Baja and the Mexican Riviera.
The Disney Wonder will remain in San Diego throughout the season with three- to seven-night itineraries featuring destinations such as Ensenada, Cabo San Lucas and Catalina Island.
Following its Panama Canal crossing, the Disney Magic will head to Texas for a season of four- to seven-night cruises from Galveston.
Select seven-night Bahamian itineraries departing from Galveston will visit both Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point and Disney Castaway Cay, giving Texas-based guests the opportunity to experience both of Disney Cruise Line’s island destinations.

Disney Adventure Continues Sailing from Singapore
Disney Cruise Line’s international expansion will continue with the Disney Adventure sailing from Singapore.
From September through December 2027, the ship will offer new three- and four-night itineraries featuring Disney entertainment, dining and activities at sea.
Guests sailing select itineraries between December 2026 and May 2027 will also have the opportunity to visit Langkawi, Malaysia, a new port of call for the Disney Adventure. The destination is known for its lush rainforests, scenic coastline and tropical landscapes.
